With approximately 730 m² of state-of-the-art assembly departments, featuring the latest equipment and pressure testing capabilities, we are able to realize a wide range of assembly projects in-house.
From highly technical assembly projects involving multiple components and sections, to recurring volume assemblies, and from heavy-duty big-bore offshore hoses to light cleaning hoses. Not everything, but a lot is possible!

Pressure Tests & Reports
Through our modern assembly departments and always up-to-date pressure testing equipment, we have the capability to test every hose assembly for safety and provide a valid pressure test report.
At our company, every assembly undergoes a hydrostatic pressure test before delivery and is provided with a digital test report. We also offer the option to provide our assemblies with a wide selection of additional reports.

Product Development
Throughout our long history, we have always had a deep affinity for new product developments in the field of industrial hoses. We typically realize this in collaboration with the R&D departments of some of the world's largest hose manufacturers.
New ideas, product improvements from the market, or completely new hose applications are analyzed by us and tested for technical feasibility. If we see potential in it, we are not afraid to invest further in a good idea.

Technical Advice & Calculations
We are happy to provide you with expert commercial and technical advice regarding industrial hoses and technical hose assemblies. Friendliness, but above all a proactive approach and a realistic perspective, are vital in this regard.
Our areas of expertise of course also include technical calculations, which we can often provide within our technical team using in-house developed software. Examples include end-load calculations, tensile strength tests, and buoyancy and pressure loss calculations of hose assemblies.
